Madalyn has spent the last 30+ years working with children and families, building and administering programs designed for growth, change and empowerment.

Her cumulative experience includes administrative and clinical roles in neuropsychiatric residential treatment for children and youth, hospital and community-based health care and mental health, crisis care programs, substance abuse intervention, domestic violence, parenting education and infant developmental assessments. Madalyn has been involved in various programs targeting children's educational and developmental needs in the Tarrant County area.

She has served on the Board of Directors for Families for Effective Autism Treatment. Madalyn is a parent of a youth on the Autism Spectrum and has dedicated herself to research and further education in the area of neurodevelopmental conditions and evidence-based intervention models. Madalyn's professional goals include increasing access to therapeutic/educational programs & services for families with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Anxiety and other neurological based developmental disabilities in her hometown of Granbury, Tx.
