Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

To apply for this position you must have a Master’s degree or higher, Board Certification in ABA, and possess a current Texas License as a Behavior Analyst. BCBA’s are responsible for the assessment, treatment plan development along with oversight, supervision and implementation of goals and objectives individualized for each client. Duties may be in-clinic, in a clients home, or a community location.
The successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities:
Perform formal assessments of clients and prepare treatment plans
Supervise staff providing clinic- or school-based ABA therapy to children, adolescents, and young-adults with autism
Collect, graph, and analyze data
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients/students
Conduct training with families and other caregivers
Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, or similar qualifications (e.g., BCBA-eligible)
Excellent ability to build rapport with children and other individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
Ability to be creative in developing programs and working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate and work with parents and school teams of clients/students
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
